Terms of Service

1. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view sexually explicit material where you live. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and any balance is forfeited.

2. Tokens

• Tokens are a prepaid digital credit used only on this site.
• Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Unspent tokens do not expire while your account is in good standing.
• Spending a token is final. See the billing terms.

3. Paid shows

Private, exclusive, group and spy shows are billed per minute, in advance, at the rate the performer displays at the time you start. You are charged for each minute before it begins, so you never owe a balance. Performers may set a minimum duration, which is disclosed before you start and is charged in full if you leave early.

4. Conduct

You may not record, screenshot, redistribute or rebroadcast any stream. You may not harass performers or other users, solicit contact outside the platform, request illegal content, or attempt to identify a performer's real identity or location. Violations end your account without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Performers

Performers are independent contractors, not employees. Performers must complete identity and age verification before broadcasting and must keep it current. Performers set their own rates and schedule and retain 60% of the tokens spent in their room.

6. Prohibited content

Absolutely prohibited, without exception: any depiction of a person under 18; any non-consensual act or recording; bestiality; content depicting serious injury or death; and any content that is illegal in the United States. Reports of prohibited content are actioned immediately and referred to NCMEC and law enforcement where applicable.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where a payment is reversed. Suspension does not create a right to a refund of spent tokens.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them; continuing to use the site after that constitutes acceptance.
