18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv), or because the visual depictions are of live streams that are not produced, created or maintained by this website as records.
Notwithstanding that, this website requires every performer to submit government-issued photographic identification and a verification photograph before being permitted to broadcast. No performer is approved to broadcast unless documentary proof establishes that they were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.

To report content you believe depicts a minor, or any non-consensual content, use the Report control in any room, or email compliance@scarletbeast.com. Reports in those categories are escalated immediately and the content is removed pending review.
