Billing and Refunds

Last updated 5 September 2026

How charges appear

Your card statement shows a discreet billing descriptor. It does not name this site.

Token purchases

Tokens are purchased in fixed packages at the price shown at checkout. The charge is taken once, at purchase. We never store your card or bill you on a recurring basis unless you explicitly enrol in a recurring package.

How tokens are spent

  • Tips are deducted immediately and in full at the moment you send them.
  • Paid shows are billed one minute at a time, in advance. When you start a show the first minute is charged; each subsequent minute is charged as it begins.
  • If your balance cannot cover the next minute, the show ends at the minute boundary. You are never billed for time you did not receive, and you can never end a show owing money.
  • A performer's advertised minimum duration is charged in full if you end the show early. The minimum is shown before you start and the tokens are reserved when the show begins.

Refunds

Unspent tokens: refundable within 14 days of purchase, to the original payment method, provided none of the purchased tokens have been spent.

Spent tokens: not refundable. A tip, once sent, is a completed transfer to the performer. Time already streamed to you has been delivered.

Technical failure: if a paid show is interrupted by a fault on our side, the minutes you were billed for and did not receive are credited back as tokens. Contact billing@scarletbeast.com within 7 days with the date and performer.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we resolve legitimate billing errors quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us results in the account being closed and the disputed tokens being removed from the balance, which may leave the account in deficit.
